A typical booking with us will include a creative discovery phone call, unlimited phone calls and emails in between, and then a final details meeting to discuss your event in more detail than you probably thought possible! We want to help where you didn’t know you needed it and take the stress off of you and your families.
We will discuss your current booked vendors, what areas you need help, your styles and themes, how to accomplish them in the best way within your budget, and design and delivery. We love to talk weddings!
Our wedding planning and coordination services include searching for wedding venues in and around College Station, and Houston, Texas, recommending wedding vendors within your budget, decorating, set up and break down of your event, processional guidance, meeting planning, and more. With over 14 years of wedding planning experience in the Bryan/College Station and Northern Houston areas, we have a large network of vendors that we’d love to refer you to!

Partial Wedding Planning
Our most popular package option. This package begins at booking, as early as you would like to get started! It includes TWO coordinators for the event:
- One initial, in-person consultation to discuss style, start referrals, and any other needs of the day
- Vendor referrals within budget and styles
- Design discussion and ideas
- Unlimited phone or email consultation between the initial meeting and wedding date to ask questions and get vendor referrals or design help
- One final details meeting to finalize vendors, plan timeline, and solidify duties of the coordinators
- Confirmation of vendors and day-of duties
- Creation of timeline and venue floorplan
- Decoration and set-up of venue
- One Hr. Processional Rehearsal, if available
- Coordination of all staff and vendor set-up prior to event start
- Additional employees to work the event, if necessary
- Guest greeting and guidance at event start
- Approved timeline delegated to all appropriate parties
- Supervise event and follow approved timeline
- Processional direction, announcement cues, grand entrance orchestration, cake-cutting, and more.
- Assist staff and vendors in duties to ensure seamlessness
- Assistance with clean-up of your decor after guests have departed

Full Service Wedding Planning & Coordination
This comprehensive package includes every aspect of planning your wedding. We will handle everything beginning with the initial concept and budget to event completion.
- Develop budget and wedding costs
- Provide vendor referrals as needed and attend vendor meetings
- Provide corresponding budgets to vendors
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage budget and provide updates
- Unlimited meetings, emails, phone calls with office staff and/or coordinator to prepare
- Diagrams of location and decoration placement including a mock table setting
- Help with wedding design comprehension and execution
- Coordinate all portrait/photo sessions and hair and makeup arrangements
- Ceremony outline, Processional instructions and coordination of Wedding Party
- Full timeline constructed with and approved by client, to be distributed to all vendors and others as needed
- Floorplan planning and seating chart management
- Timing and cues with Officiant and music provider
Wedding Day:
- Confirmation of all vendors, including fulfilling contracts/payments
- Pick-up of last minute items
- Decoration of reception
- Coordination of Bridal Party and entrance
- Coordination of all reception vendors
- Placement of gifts in appropriate car

Unique Design Package
FLORAL + COORDINATION
You asked, we listened. Pairing our Partial Planning package with our Floral Design package and then adding some signage and full event curation! This is a completely new experience.
- One initial, creative design consultation to discuss style, start referrals, and any other needs of the day
- Vendor selection within styles and vendor and budget management
- Curated mood board and vendor design packet to keep everyone on the same page
- Creation of timeline logistics and floorplan, as well as in-depth experiential design
- Wedding party florals, centerpieces, some installs, ceremony floral, signage display florals
- Two signage display options (usually welcome and seating chart but we can discuss creatively)
- Linens, place settings, napkins, and design aesthetic paired for all
- One final details meeting to finalize vendors, plan timeline, and solidify duties of the coordinators
- Decoration and set-up of venue

This planning package is for the bride whose venue sets up their tables and chairs, whose florist is doing their decor, who realized at the last minute they might need a coordinator, or who just doesn’t need the extra assistance that comes with our Partial and Full-Service package! (5 hr. maximum)
- One in-person/virtual final design and details meeting to confirm details
- Confirmation of vendors and duties day-of
- Creation of timeline and venue floorplan
- One Hr. Processional Rehearsal, on site if the venue is available
- Coordination of all staff and vendor set-up prior to event start
- Guest greeting and guidance at event start

Destination Weddings
A destination doesn’t have to be international. Your destination wedding can be a city over, a state over, or a country over, but we are here to help make your dreams come true! We ask that you give us 8 months of advance notice to accommodate travel, but we can bring your dream together quickly and efficiently.
- Assistance in booking event location and vendors
- Guest accomodations and transportation
- Vendor Research and Referrals
- Confirmation of vendors and delegation/fulfillments of contracts
- Arrival of two coordinators at destination on agreed upon day to assist in all aspects of event
- Pick-up of anything needed for the event
- Decoration and set-up of venue
- Coordination of all staff and vendor set-up prior to event start
- Plan transportation to and from the event
- Additional employees to work the event, if necessary
- Guest greeting and guidance at event start
- Approved timeline delegated to all appropriate parties
- Supervise event and follow approved timeline
- Assist staff and vendors in duties to ensure seamlessness
- Clean-up of the event facility after guests have departed
