Our wedding coordination services include searching for wedding venues in and around College Station, Texas, recommending wedding vendors within your budget, decorating, set up and break down of your event, processional guidance, meeting planning, and more.

 

Wedding Coordination Packages

For all of the following packages, the initial consultation is complimentary. All calls and emails will be responded to within 1 business day.

The Day Of

  • Confirmation of vendors and duties day-of
  • Creation of timeline and venue floorplan
  • Design planning
  • Vendor referrals
  • Budget management
  • Decoration and set-up of venue
  • One Hr. Processional Rehearsal
  • Coordination of all staff and vendor set-up prior to event start
  • Plan transportation to and from the event

Just The Basics

You asked and we listened! This package is for the bride whose venue sets up their tables and chairs, whose florist is doing their decor, who realized at the last minute they might need a coordinator, or who just doesn’t need the extra assistance that comes with our Day-Of and Full-Service package! (5 hr. maximum)

Full-Service

This comprehensive package includes every aspect of planning your wedding. We will handle everything beginning with the initial concept and budget to event completion.

  • Develop budget and wedding costs​
  • Provide vendor referrals as needed and attend vendor meetings
  • Provide corresponding budgets to vendors
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Manage budget and provide updates
  • Full timeline constructed with and approved by client, to be distributed to all vendors and others as needed
  • Unlimited meetings, emails, phone calls with office staff and/or coordinator to prepare
  • Diagrams of location and decoration placement including a mock table setting
  • Help with wedding design comprehension and execution
  • Coordinate all portrait/photo sessions and hair and makeup arrangements
  • Ceremony outline
  • Overview of guest seating and usher Instructions
  • Processional instructions and coordination of Wedding Party
  • Timing and cues with Officiant and music provider
  • Coordinate and manage two of the following events:
    ​Engagement Party, Engagement Brunch, Rehearsal Dinner, Farewell Brunch, Bachelor/Bachelorette Party, Bridesmaids Luncheon, Bridal Shower

Wedding Day:

  • Confirmation of all vendors, including fulfilling contracts/payments
  • Pick-up of last minute items
  • Decoration of reception
  • Coordination of Bridal Party and entrance
  • Coordination of all reception vendors
  • Placement of gifts in appropriate car
  • Clean-up of event facility after the guests have departed

  • Arrival of two coordinators at destination on agreed upon day to assist in all aspects of event
  • Pick-up of anything needed for the event
  • Decoration and set-up of venue
  • Coordination of all staff and vendor set-up prior to event start
  • Plan transportation to and from the event
  • Additional employees to work the event, if necessary
  • Guest greeting and guidance at event start
  • Approved timeline delegated to all appropriate parties

If the consultation price is not listed as included above, additional consultation will be priced at $35 per hour. This is with a single consultant for a maximum of two hours at a time. Packages can be manipulated to work with any budget, with the exception of the Dream Wedding full-service package.
