Party Planning

At Uniquely Set Events, we are not just wedding planners, we are party planners, too! We like to coordinate parties, receptions, conferences, showers, and other events. Themes are fun. Our knowledge of the Bryan-College Station and Houston areas and unique venues in between allows us to recommend the perfect locale for your soiree. We have a knack for transforming the ordinary into party decorations, and we like crafting!

Party planning can be stressful. The hardest part about planning a party, in our opinion, is originality. Pinterest gives people too many ideas! Brittany is a design genius. Give her your budget and she will go above and beyond when it comes to transforming a space. Megan is detail oriented, hyper-organized, and thrifty. She won’t let you spend a penny more than you wanted to spend on your event.

Party Planning Packages

Our party packages start at $750.00 for a maximum of 75 people. An additional $125 is added for every 50 persons in addition to the 75 person limit.

 

The Gathering

  • Confirmation of vendors (as outlined by meeting 3 months out)
  • Event design and concept planning
  • Picking up necessities such as rental equipment, beverages, etc.
  • Make-ready of the venue no less than 30 minutes prior to first guest arrival
  • Coordination of all staff and vendor set-up prior to event start
  • Guest greeting and guidance at event start
  • Timeline delegated to all appropriate parties
  • Timeline execution during the event
  • Assist staff and vendors in duties to ensure seamlessness
  • Distribution of pamphlets, programs, flyers, marketing materials,  if necessary
  • Clean-up of the event facility after guests have departed
